Shabana Basij-Rasikh shares the story of evacuating 250+ students, staff, and family from the School of Leadership, Afghanistan based in Kabul to Rwanda a mere two weeks after the Taliban took power in 2021. She says, "that is how fast things can move. And that's what anyone, not just me, but anyone can accomplish when you accept the uncertainty of what might be... You will find yourself somewhere new and different, adapting and succeeding." This is a story of hope, resilience, and big dreams for the future.
