BC teachers can find out more about the role of the Vice-Principal through our Explorations for Aspiring School Leaders program, and learn about school leadership through the eyes of current Vice-Principals and Principals. 

This virtual program, held on four Saturday mornings between January and March each year, offers insight into the BCPVPA's newly-developed Leadership Competencies for BC Principals and Vice-Principals, and a window on the important work of BC's Vice-Principals.
