Leading a Culture of Learning is a three-day retreat set against the serene backdrop of Tigh-Na-Mara Resort and Spa in Parksville, BC, designed to foster reflection, rejuvenation, and profound learning.

Our program synthesizes the world-renowned leadership paradigms of FranklinCovey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," the empowering principles of "Multipliers," the strategic insights from "The 4 Roles of Leadership," the foundational elements of "Speed of Trust," and the disciplined approach of Jocko Willink's "Extreme Ownership."

Throughout this 3-day journey, you will engage in a series of reflective practices, including journaling and collaborative discussions, all designed to align your personal leadership vision with the practical skills needed to bring it to fruition. Our interactive sessions will challenge you to think critically and creatively.
