REDI Champion
A critical goal under the BCPVPA’s Strategic Plan is the REDI Champion goal:
BCPVPA leads and champions Truth and Reconciliation, diversity, cultural competency, and equitable opportunities to promote a safe and inclusive educational community.

We believe in representing member voice, and supporting our members to tell their own stories. The development of all of our learning programs, our operational processes, our relationships with members and each other, our internal and external exchanges and communications are grounded in our Association’s values of recognition, right relations, responsibility, humility, shared leadership, and collaboration.
On October 1, 2026, the BCPVPA released our Equity Statement, our commitment to support and advocate for our members in ways that foster reconciliation, equity, diversity, inclusion, and human rights in all aspects of our work. Our commitment to REDI is ongoing.
