Programs
Our 2026-2027 year of professional learning is designed around this principle: you are not the same leader you were three years ago, and you should not be expected to learn the same way every other leader does.
This year’s programs give you a truly varied menu: virtual mornings, in-person workshops, retreat-style Destination Learning, and on-demand offerings tailored to your district and your team. We are calling this year Learn, Lead, Your Way, because learning is yours to shape, and leadership is yours to live. We hope our 2026–2027 offerings give you the agency to choose the format, the pace, and the company that fits your year!
