BCPVPA Connecting Leaders Conference
The BCPVPA Connecting Leaders Conference is a conference experience co-created by the BCPVPA and a dedicated committee of leaders from our Chapters. This year's conference will take place in Whistler, BC, October 23 - 25, 2025, opening with a special Thursday evening reception honouring National Principals Month. On Friday, Dr. Simon Breakspear takes attendees on a deep dive into The Pruning Principle, and the case for strategic subtraction: what if the answer to encouraging positive change in our teams, organizations, and systems lies in doing less? An interactive session on the BCPVPA Leadership Competencies will close out the conference on Saturday.
