The BCPVPA IDEAS Forum is an annual celebration of learning, leadership, and collaboration for BCPVPA members and friends.

The 2025 BCPVPA IDEAS Forum was an in-person event at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver on Friday February 7. The focus of the event was on Relentless Incrementalism and the Power of Critical Hope in Educational Leadership. It was an opportunity to hear from a renowned expert in the field, and participate in interactive discussions and activities with colleagues. We were pleased to welcome Dr. Kari Grain, author of Critical Hope, who led the presentation and discussion.
