"It's like a day-long Pro-D in a one-hour conversation!" - Mentee
The 2021-2022 Mentorship Program applications are now closed: watch for an announcement in June regarding the 2022-2023 program intake.
Mentoring is a valuable process in which an experienced individual helps another person to develop their goals and skills through a series of confidential, one-on-one conversations and learning activities.
The BCPVPA Mentorship Program recognizes the unique experiences and challenges encountered by new school-based Principals and Vice-Principals in British Columbia. The program aims to cultivate a network of support and collaborative partnerships by engaging current and retired Principals as mentors, and matching mentors with newly appointed colleagues in districts different to their own.
