This short film is about Cole Forrest's trip home to North Bay Ontario so he could reconnect with his community and ancestors. One way he makes this connection is through nbi (water). On this visit home he finds healing from connecting with the land and water of his home. 

The Curve is a series by the NFB that provides viewers with socially distanced stories that bring us closer together and gives a platform for creators to tell authentic representations of their communities. Check out the other stories included in this series!
