A ‘team’ needs all of its members: our feature keynote will be Canadian Women's Olympic Hockey Team goalie Sami Jo Small, who relates her own story of facing adversity and becoming a powerful force of positivity for her team. Stories of Equity | 9-11 Zoom Session 
Through case studies, roleplays, and engaged discussions, Nouman engages attendees in this hands-on, in-person session will help participants to enable cultural fluency at all organizational levels. (PLD Representatives & PLD Advisory Committee session)  

Learning Circles | 11:30-1:30 Zoom Session 
In this highly interactive in-person session, Nouman will engage roundtable participants and leaders in coming up with commitments around choices that they can start, stop, and continue to do with their teams, organizations, and themselves to deepen the work of diversity, equity and inclusion.
