A Word from the Executive Director: Supporting the Next Generation
I still remember the feeling of ”what have I done?” as I drove to work that first day of school in 1999. What made the critical difference that first year was the kindness and support of my more experienced colleagues who reached out.

The new BCPVPA Compass Leadership Academy will be made up of new members who have been identified as leaders by their school districts. Our aim is to help early career school administrators boost their skills and knowledge, better understand the complexities of their new roles, and build their professional networks.
