Greetings colleagues,

As the adage goes: “Time flies when you are having fun.” Last week, I was lucky to attend the 25th Anniversary Celebration for Gleneagle Secondary in SD 43 (Coquitlam). I had a chance to meet up with many former teaching and administrative colleagues – some of whom have since retired – and current members who had a connection with the school. I taught at Gleneagle for six years and my first Vice-Principalship was there, so I feel fortunate to have been part of the history of this fine school.

My Chapter and school visits this week took me up north to SD 91 (Nechako Lakes), where I visited the communities of Burns Lake, Fraser Lake, and Vanderhoof. I will share details and photos soon, along with highlights of this weekend’s Chapter Council meeting.
