The program aims to cultivate a network of support and collaborative partnerships by engaging current and retired Principals as mentors, and matching mentors with newly appointed colleagues in districts different to their own. Applications are now open for the 2021-2022 school year:

"It was a fantastic program. I was paired with a person who is similar and willing to learn alongside me. I made a great friend and colleague that I know I can count on to talk to, learn from and bounce ideas around with. Thank you very much for this." - Mentor

"As a single site admin, and going through COVID challenges, it has been invaluable to be able to speak openly and honestly with my mentor; they ask great questions, and also provide another perspective." - Mentee
