Unconscious Bias Workshop

The rapid pace of educational change with a growing, diverse student population increases the challenge for school leaders to make decisions and act quickly. School leaders and staff members are primed to rely on biased thinking. Why? Because unconscious biases are how our brains compensate for overload.

In this workshop, learn to identify bias, cultivate connection, and choose courage. These skills can help you unlock your potential as a leader.
